In every process before delivering to customer, rider’s safety is our priority. We test all the component including frame and fork with our testing equipment. We are confidence that every bicycle we produce pass the safety standard according to ISO 4210 & EN 15194
Robot welding for steel frames
We use robot welding technology for our steel frame to increase our production capacity. Robot welding brings efficiency and beauty on the welding line.
Bicycle Rim Building
We imported rim building machine from Europe to ensure all our rims are of highest standard and precision.
Painting
Our painting facility is a close system which does not create pollution. We have control heating oven to ensure that our color comes out durable and glossy.
